I am on a new idea this week, cardio every day! Davie seems to think my weight is muscle gain because he is convinced I am getting bigger,
Sure that's fine so long as it's muscle growth and not fat cell growth lol.
I am really enjoying this new gym program and have really started to work out to my maximum I can. I am totally pyshched about the way that I am pushing myself right now which is excellent. Now I just need a gym buddy who will work out with me!
