Im putting on weight?
OK, there is something very wrong!
I am putting on weight! I don't get it, I am working out really hard, doing at least 3 hours of cardio a week and taking this carnitine and everything else.
I feel like my fat stomach is smaller, but the scales tell me I have put on almost a kilogram in weight!
I refuse to starve myself so something has to change, maybe it's my total metabolism just being difficult now that I am only a year away from mid thirties lol! Oh well I will keep on with the Carnitine for the nex couple of weeks and see if it has any effect on me!
I know that I eat in general much more than I used to when i was smoking but Im doing so much excercise that it shoudl be having some effect.
I'm getting worried that I will not meet my goal by the end of July!

I am a thirty something married gay boy living in Sydney, almost on top of the gay scene but not in it!
Why Sometimes blue?, because I love blue, but also I am sometimes blue :)

Maybe you are putting on muscle?
I WISH i could bulk up quickly. It takes me years to put on any weight
I am hoping the same damn thing actually! I have started the new routine about ten days ago so maybe you are right. I really should do something useful like measure my waist with a tape measure and use that as a guide for me lol
Muscle weighs more than fat, so that may explain the shift on the scales.
