Technical Challenges
My main web host has been upgrading their servers the last couple of days which meant that this and other sites all went down or went 'wonky'.
I really hate it when people or businesses do not provide the service for which you either pay for or are expecting. I am a real stickler for people 'doing the right thing', whether that be providing even the basic level of customer service or service without a scowl.
In the case of my Internet Service Provider I have used them for about 6 years and have often had problems, but not as many problems as my previous provider. So I have stayed with them, but over the last year the level of service has dropped like a rocket with my site and client sites etc being down on average more than any of my otehr providers.
There are extenuating circumstances at play underlying the problems that they are having but it's getting annoying!

I have been with gotalk a couple of months now and I have not been able to access the internet twice now and both times had been up to 6/7 hours of down time.. plus we have voip with them so to make a phone call I have to use the landline which costs more..the idea was to save money!pisses me off why they can not do these things in the middle of the night if they have to fiddle with their equipment.. now theres a word I have used for years fiddle..lol I can image how frustrating it can be esspecially when you are trying run a businees.... not worth getting an ulcer though is it!
