Over this de-tox

I am totally over this de-tox now. It's the fifth day and rather than feel good or refreshed or anything else. I feel tired, depressed, hungry and bloated!

I am seriously considering ending the diet tonight, but staying on the pills for the full course.

Of course some people have suggested that I should just "suck it in" for a few more days, but I am unconvinced!

U don't need to detox buddy.....ya just gotta find out your metabolic type!!

seriously I cant stress enough at how much better you will feel when you start eating the foods that are suited to your individual metabolism :)

Who know's...you might even find out that your ok to eat Hershey Kisses all the time!!

Me thinks the best way to detox is to stop (or slow down, at least) drinking piss (a.k.a. alcohol) and stop eating junk food and start exercising more. All these pills and crap can't be doing any better for your body than healthy eating and regular movement can achieve ...

After all, it's what your kidneys were evolved (a.k.a. designed, depending on your beliefs) for.
