HNT



I have been promising a picture of my gym progress, so here its is. These were taken last night by the boy. The body shape is definitely changing which is fantastic, although I think the small amount of fat at my lower waist may never go away *sigh*.

I did manage last night to bench press 90 kgs which is a personal best for me! So it's now five and a half weeks into the new program and another two and a half weeks till the end of the new program. So I will do another HNT in two weeks!

Congratulations! Good work, and it's paying off.
I guarantee you can get rid of that little bit of belly if you get down to about 4% bodyfat. Then you can go back up to about 7 or 8%. You have to get "modelthin" to lose that last little bit.
But you're almost there.
You're awesome!

The workout plan is done by a mate of mine who has just completed his personal fitness training certs. It is pretty full on, but I was also at a total plateau for years and have totally mixed everything up to get trough it. Oh and I am shovelling in supplements too.....
