Goals & Objectives
I have been asked a few times how i did against my goals that I set out in my blog originally. As most of you know from following this blog some of the goals have chnaged whilst I also realised that some of them are still ongoing.
So to take stock!
I weigh about 72Kgs which is about 2 kgs more than when I started. I don't know my bodyfat but based on my waist size and the "pinch" test I would estimate it somewhere between 12 - 13%. I am not yet as lean as I want to be, but I have probably lost a great deal of body fat and gained lean muscle.
How do I feel?
Well obviously I do feel good, I am still hungry all the time LOL, but hey according to all my superfit older friends it's just a fact of life, that if you eat to always sate your hunger you will get fat!
So I am going to set some new goals for my personal body challenge and I will be throwing down the gauntlet to the blogosphere as well!
