I was reading over some of your blogs and i might have some sort of advice for ya on loosin weight. I am a wrestler *hot men in spandex :D* and i know how it is dealing with weight control. My normal weight is about 182 pounds *dont know how much kilos* and my weight class is 171 pounds, so i have to drop 11 pounds. one thing that i found that helps is drink more water. this helps flush out your system and speeds up ur metobolic rate. Another thing that will help is in the morning, eat two pieces of toast with peanut butter and jam on it and drink a half liter of water. the water makes the bread expand in your stomach which makes you feel more full, while the peanut butter and jam give you just enough calories to get your metabolism going to fool it into thinking that you have had a full breakfast. If you skip a meal, it is actually worse off because your metabolism slows down to save energy. The key is bread and water. Another thing, eat alot of celery. because of all the water in celery, it causes your body to burn more calories than it gives off. plus it is full of fiber which helps. Just thought that some of my experiences might be of some help.

thanks mate,

I certainly no longer skip meals hehehehe, but when I have a snack these days its just a snack and it is fruit or something healthy.

I don't actually ever eat bread, except in sandwishes I don't like it, so maybe that's my problem.

I havent really given much thought to celery, I have started to eat watermelon though because I was told it is similar to celery in that its over 90% water!

I am a pretty huge water drinker but haven't been of late - so thanks again for reminding me LOL

Drew :)
