I was reminded today just how important communmication in relationships is. One of the many people I communicate with online had a problem with their partner and was bvery upset - no names..........The love they have for each for each other is very evident and the issue was simply one of an inability to communicate each other's feelings in a verbal way.
All too often this sort od inability to express how we feel, especially about our insecurities means that we act in very strange ways that others may perceive to be totally contradictory to what we really think. A book I found a while ago called 'Find the Boyfriend Within' really opened my eyes to the idea that to love someone else and let them love me I had to like the real person I was, not just the pertson others saw.
I highly reccommend this book if you are at all interested in finding yourself, if you are in a relationship or not!
