Finally a Sleaze Update

Finally I am getting around to updating the site, it really is quite pathetic how long it actually takes me some times to get around to updating my journal here, the other day when I updated it didnt actually go accross to the site. I was reading that Blogger has been innundated with new users and that is why the whole thing is so slow, anyway I don't really care why it is slow, I just want it to be less slow :)

Now onto sleaze, the pics have been loaded at Sleaze Pics, don't ask for any more pics because we don't ahve any at the moment.......God it was fun wearing that costume and it sure did raise a few eyebrows, but nothing like some of the things other people were wearing, or should that be not wearing. The one thing that I noticed from the pics is that I have put on a lot of weight and bulk in the last year......even though I have going to the gym at least four times a week for the past year, I had not been doing a whole lot of cario work so consequently I have increased my fat percentage from less than 8% to about 12% which in my estimation is a whole lot more than I want or can cope with. So I have started the cardio from hell workout now and have stopped eating take out food, fatty things and have cut down on my simple sugar intake. My aim is to reduce my body to about 6- 8% by Christmas without losing any of the ean muscle bulk I have managed to put on.

Lee and everyone else thinks that I am mad, but it is a huge issue for me, and I will do it and make surte that I never get an incrase in body fat percentage ever again. Interestingly one of my friends pointed out my dreadful posture the other day which when I do not stand straight makes me look like I have a podge......

Petey, Glenn, Lee and myself all went to lunch yestersday at Sade (Cnr Oxford St and Flinders St Sydney) and the meal was fabulous!!!!! Lee and I had been there before for dinner and that was amazing too, but as per usual we managed to order the most expensive meals and wines *giggles.......

So that's my rant for today take care kids and kiddettes!
